You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Contact us at contact@dayanebijoux.fr to obtain the return address.
How do I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit the "Order Tracking" section on our website.
What are the delivery times?
 At Dayane Bijoux, each piece is entirely custom-made in our workshop, according to your wishes.
 Creation and shipping time depends on the customization requested, but rest assured that our team makes every effort to deliver your jewelry to you as quickly as possible, while guaranteeing care and quality.
You will receive an email as soon as your creation is ready, with all the information to track the shipment. It takes approximately 2 weeks between the creation of the jewel and the reception. If you need to receive your jewel by a specific date, contact us: we will do our best to meet your request.
Is Dayane Bijoux jewelry guaranteed?
Yes, all our jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. For support, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase.
How do I care for my pendant?
 All our jewelry is made of stainless steel, a material known for its great resistance to everyday use.
 They are not afraid of water, perspiration or perfume and do not tarnish.
 To maintain their shine, simply clean them from time to time with a soft cloth.
 No special precautions are necessary: enjoy your jewelry without constraints!
